CITY COUNCIL
Woodland is a Statutory City with a weak Mayor-Council plan. Which means, the powers of the mayor is not greater than those of any other member of the council, with the exception of the mayor's role as presiding officer at council meetings and several minor duties. Additionally, individual council members do not hold specific administrative powers. Woodland's City Government is made up of a five member Council.
